For many fans, Bon Scott was a legendary frontman without equal, and his powerful voice was the key. After his tragic death, the virtually unknown Brian Johnson stepped into the breach, and AC/DC came storming back with the classic album Back in Black. Cast: Jerry Ewing, Malcolm Dome, Paul Elliot Director: The Creative Picture Company Band Members: Brian Johnson — lead vocals, Angus Young — lead guitar, Malcolm Young — rhythm guitar, backing vocals, Cliff Williams — bass guitar, backing vocals, Phil Rudd — drums, percussion AC/DC formed in Sydney in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young. Their music has been variously described as hard rock, blues rock, and heavy metal, but the band themselves call it simply “rock and roll”. Back in Black was dedicated to Scott’s memory. The album launched AC/DC to new heights of success and became one of the best-selling albums of all time. Hits from the album include “Hells Bells”, “You Shook Me All Night Long”, “Rock and Roll Ain’t Noise Pollution” and the title track.
